Founded by Michelle Medd in October 2005, Administrative Essentials is a Canadian based Virtual Assistance Company that has evolved from basic administrative support to a wealth of knowledge and expertise in specialized areas of Internet Marketing, Website Development, Amazon Bestseller Support, and Online Business Management.
In 2008, Administrative Essentials naturally progressed to become a multi-VA team of certified virtual assistants, each with their own special niche services that they bring to the table to better service our clients and meet their specialized needs.

Since 2005, Michelle has been deeply committed to the Virtual Assistant Industry and has volunteered with a variety of organizations.
Michelle volunteers with the Virtual Assistant Networking Association Forum, the largest Virtual Assistant Association business network for aspiring and successful Virtual Assistants and Virtual Achievers to share, learn, and succeed!
In addition, Michelle also volunteers at the Canadian Virtual Assistant Connection as the Director of Events. The Canadian Virtual Assistant Connection (CVAC) is Canada’s foremost organization uniting Canadian Virtual Assistants and the world. They provide a venue for Virtual Assistants to network, share knowledge and skills, plan events and obtain valuable support from other Virtual Assistants in various stages of business development.
