Evaluate and Create a List

Take some time to evaluate your daily business tasks and create a list. Now categorize those tasks based on what you love to do and what you hate to do, you’ll know immediately which tasks need to be delegated so you can concentrate on what you do best! To help you create a list, we have put together a free report “75 Ways to Delegate Your Way to Success!” that will give you ideas to get started.

Schedule a Complimentary Consultation

After your list has been created and you know what tasks you would like to delegate, we encourage you to schedule a complimentary consultation. The consultation takes approximately 30 minutes. We will ask questions about you and your business, the type of work you do, your general procedures, and the task list you created. This will provide us with an overview of your needs and goals and how we can assist you in completing them.

Becoming a Client

Once we have decided that we will make a good fit for each other and have agreed to proceed, we send you our Welcome Package. We will request that you read through the entire package completely then sign and return the confidentiality agreement and client information form back to us.

Next, we will review your documents and put together a service agreement for you to review, sign and return. The service agreement outlines the services you require, the pricing option you selected, and the basics for how we work.
