The consultation takes approximately 30 minutes. We will ask questions about you and your business, the type of work you do, your general procedures, and the task list you created. This will provide us with an overview of your needs and goals and how we can assist you in completing them.

Becoming a Client

We will request that you read through the entire package completely then sign and return the confidentiality agreement and client information form back to us.

Next, we will review your documents and put together a service agreement for you to review, sign and return. The service agreement outlines the services you require, the pricing option you selected, and the basics for how we work.

Start Delegating!

Projects and correspondence are communicated through our project management system, Teamwork PM. In your project management account, you will be able to delegate tasks, communicate with team members, upload documents, and know when the project is completed.

Weekly Service Reports – every Friday you will receive a service report in your account. Our service reports include the number of hours used to date, hours remaining on your account, a list of tasks completed, and a list of current tasks.

Monthly Meetings – These meetings are conducted on a monthly basis in order to track goals and progress.
