Affordable Hourly Rates and Retainer Plans
Administrative Essentials offers two pricing options:
Hourly Support
Clients will be billed an hourly rate for general virtual assistance support. General hourly support is on a first-come, first served basis with scheduling priority given to retainer clients.

- Billed in 1-minute increments
- No commitment, no minimum
- Weekly service reports
Monthly Retainer
Monthly retainer clients benefit from a discounted rate and dedicated amount of hours each month. You are guaranteed time and availability. Monthly retainers are offered in increments of 10, 20, 30 or 40 hours per month.
- Discounted rate of $25 CAD/USD per hour
- Billed in 1-minute increments
- Monthly commitment
- Guaranteed number of hours per month
- Weekly service reports
- Scheduling priority over hourly services
Payment Details
Hourly: Hourly support clients are billed on the 1st and 15th of every month.
Monthly Retainer: Monthly retainer are billed in advance on a monthly basis and payment is required in full prior to starting. Additional hours that go over the monthly retainer plan will be billed at $30CAD/USD per hour. Unused retainer hours are non-refundable and non-transferable.
