Our Website Design Process
Our process is designed to be as simple as possible for the client using four main steps shown below.
Choose Your Package
We offer three website packages to choose from. Before we begin, you need to decide which of the website package best fits your needs. Feel free to contact us with any questions or for assistance.
Once you decide on a package, just click the Buy Now button to pay.
Once you have chosen your web package, we ask that you fill out our website questionnaire. If necessary, we will gather more in-depth information about your business by either e-mail or phone. Also, any company literature, materials, and images that you want included please send them to us via e-mail, fax or mail. We would also ask that you provide us with any content you would like included on the website. You may wait to provide this until you see the draft design if that would help you get a better feel for the layout and your content needs.
Draft Design Approval
After learning about your business and needs through information gathering, we will draft up a working template of your new website. This will allow you to see the look and functionality of your website and approve and make suggestions prior to customization.
Complete Site Approval
Once we have combined all your information and our design, we will upload the finished product to one of our test sites, so you may view and test your new website in a real, live environment. As soon as we get approval from you, your new website will go live!
On average, the entire website design process from package selection to your new site going live will take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the website package chosen.
Ongoing Website Maintenance
If you already have a website but need changes done on a regular basis, we can help with that too! We offer maintenance services based on hourly or monthly pre-paid plans. Most changes are made within 2 business days.
