Terms & Conditions
General Terms
- A signed contract, outlining the details is required before starting any work.
- Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client.
Payment & Invoicing Policy
- All work is charged at the hourly rate (billed to the minute)
- Hourly invoices are sent out on the 15th of each month with payment terms of net 15 days.
- Retainer invoices are sent out at the start of the month and require full payment before work begins that month.
- Unused retainer hours are NON REFUNDABLE
- Office disbursements are billable and clients are "charged back" on expenses incurred in finishing the projects.
- A 25% charge will be added to invoice for "rush"" service. (A rush service is considered when a project is needed in less than 12 hours)
- A 20% charge will be added to invoice if the client requires evening and Sunday service.
- A service charge of $25 will be charged for any NSF cheque.
Delivery Terms
- Finished assignments will be delivered by email, fax, disk, or other means as agreed with the client
- All files will be virus checked before transferred
Privacy Policy
In order to protect your right to privacy, Administrative Essentials will ensure that:
- it collects only information from individuals or organizations that is required for the purpose of providing the service
- it will not disclose or communicate to anybody any information pertaining to its clients
- a confidentiality agreement forms a part of our service and is signed before any work commences.
